The work is building renovation and site improvements of an existing branch library at 3150 Sacramento Street, including selective demolition, excavation and grading, utility work, ADA compliance upgrades, sidewalk and curb ramp construction, interior renovation and refurbishing, and all other related work. The LEED performance goal is for a "Silver Certification." The time allowed for completion is 245 calendar days. The Architect''s estimate is in excess of $1,800,000.
