Description

The Lease is intended for the sale of, on a non-exclusive basis, merchandise reflective of (a) jewelry and accessories; (b) accessories and gifts; or (c) fashion apparel and accessories concept. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall operate the Premises in strict conformity with the requirements herein, including those set forth on Exhibit B of the Lease (Part VIII).
